Celery Syrup



  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup finely chopped Celery (~3 stalks)

  • Place all ingredients into a small sauce pot and heat to a simmer. Stir and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to cool on the countertop for 4 hours. Strain through a fine mesh sieve into a clean glass bottle and store in the refrigerator for 4-6 weeks.

Incredible sweet celery flavor. The fresher the celery the better. This is the key ingredient in our Celery Cup and Night Stalker cocktails. Don’t panic! This is very easy to make. Cheers!
