The Caipirinha is Brazil’s national drink. This cocktail will loosen you up as if you’re dancing with Shakira. The Caipirinha is made with Cachaca – a Brazilian sugar cane rum. Cachaca may seem hard to pronounce, but just say it like the hiss of a steam-engined train – ca cha cha. This cocktail is a lot like a crude daiquiri. The name of the drink translates, roughly, to country-side. So, if you’re a couple of bumpkins like us, this is the drink for you! Cheers!
