Here is our delicious, high-brow, take on the classic daiquiri. Our Black Daiquiri ups the ante by utilizing the rich notes of an aged rum as well as the molasses-heavy intriguing dimension afforded by the Muscovado Simple Syrup. The classic daiquiri, invented by Jennings Cox in 1898, would have simply been: white rum, sugar, and lemon juice. We take it further and add an elegant bit of sophistication with the finer/richer ingredients. Check out the other cocktails we make which take advantage of the Muscovado Simple Syrup. Cheers!

OK, this drink is just awesome. Heavy on the sour, trying one with a bit less lime…
