This cocktail is so delicious that you’ll find yourself making it over-and-over again in a never-ending spiral of delight – until you’re barely able to see straight! From the gang at Prodigal, here in Milwaukee, this is yet another drink that we could not stop drinking! We reverse-engineered it in order to make it for ourselves: over-and-over again. Mezcal (for it’s smokiness), and platinum tequila (to tame it), this cocktail features a delicious pamplemousse (grapefruit) liqueur which helps to catapult it into the realm of the sublime. Akin to a margarita, but with fresh lemon over lime, this sharper sour provides the perfect tartness to bring balance to this incredible drink.
