2014-11-09Ingredients
- 1½ oz Ruby Port
- ½ oz Galliano
- ¼ oz Blood Orange Liqueur
- ¼ oz Averna Amaro
- ½ oz Orange Juice
- ¼ oz Cranberry Juice

- Pound and pulverize the cloves with a muddler in the glass of a Boston Shaker. Add the remaining ingredients, with ice, and shake vigorously. Double strain into a small Coupe glass.
Here is the perfect way to make a single-serving Sangria without having to cut up any fresh fruits. Excepting an orange (and you can use store-bought orange juice, if you prefer), everything comes from a bottle! This is the perfect dead-of-winter Sangria that will give you hope for summer. We prefer a ruby port for its sweet, fruity, peppery taste and we love the crushed clove which adds a nice winter-time spice.
