White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Cocktail

Ingredients
- 1 oz Raspberry Liqueur
- 1 oz White Crème de Cacao
- 1 tbsp Mascarpone Cheese
- 5 oz Vanilla Ice Cream
- Add the raspberry liqueur, white crème de cacao, mascarpone cheese and ice cream to a blender and blend until smooth. Add raspberry preserves to the side of a Wine Glass and pour in the contents of the blender.
- Top with whipped cream.
If good drinks have a long name, this baby would be right up near the top of the list! And this cocktail is, indeed, fantastic! Rich, sweet, creamy and delightful. After one drink you might believe that you’re at the Cheesecake Factory. After a few more, you may even think you’re being served by Penny while you talk about physics or comics or ice-cream headaches with Leonard, Sheldon, Howard, and Raj. Well, maybe not Howard as he just has a Master’s degree and might not be able to interpret your slurred gobbly-gook. A dessert in a glass! Truly wonderful!
