Ingredients
- 1 oz. Campari
- 1 oz. Dry Vermouth
- 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- ¾ oz. Simple Syrup
- 2 oz. Ginger Beer
- Add all ingredients (except the ginger beer), with ice, to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Top with the ginger beer and stir with a straw. Garnish with a slice of candied ginger.
