Sorghum Daiquiri



  • 2 oz. Aged Rum
  • ¾ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • ¼ oz. Sorghum Syrup
  • 1 dash Bittercube Blackstrap Bitters

  • Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Stir to dissolve the syrup. Add ice and stir to chill. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a lime wheel.
