- 4 oz. Sherry (Amontillado)
- ½ oz. Tonic Syrup*
- Add all ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass. Stir to chill and strain into an ice-filled wine glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg.

This is our take on the classic Sherry Cobbler. Nice and nutty with a subtle backbone of sweet and a firm tonic bitter element. Delightful and refreshing, it will take you back to the 1850’s. Enjoy!
