Ruby in a Poor Man’s Cup

Ingredients
- 2 oz. Aquavit
- 1¼ oz. Tart Cherry Cordial*
- 2 dashes Bittercube Bolivar Bitters
- Add all ingredients, with ice, to a mixing glass. Stir to chill and strain into a whiskey glass. Garnish with skewered cherries.

This tasty cocktail gives you reason to pull out your bottle of Aquavit from the rear of your cabinet. The crazy notion of mixing the sour/Christmas-spiced Tart Cherry Cordial with the pickling spice notes of Aquavit might cause you to scratch your head, but the delightful product will leave you smiling.
