Rome with a View

Ingredients
- 1 oz. Campari
- 1 oz. Dry Vermouth
- 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- ¾ oz. Simple Syrup
- 3 oz. Club Soda
- Add all ingredients (except the club soda), with ice, to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Top with the club soda and stir with a straw. Garnish with an orange slice.
Created by Michael McIlroy from Manhattan’s Milk & Honey bar, this pleasant and refreshing cocktail has a nice citrus-rindy bitterness with delightful notes of sour grapefruit.
