Despite its name, this is a delicious drink! You’ll have to believe us. Don’t panic! It won’t cause your mortal end because of an inability to release the coupling of your muscle’s myosin and actin. We named it for the foaming head – like a corpse foaming at the mouth and stiff as a board. The egg white gives the drink its signature foaminess. Contrary to the name, this drink should loosen you up with the combination of bourbon, absinthe and maple syrup that gives it it’s rich sweet flavor.
