Rhubarb Mojito



  • 1 oz Raspberry Rum
  • 1½ oz Lemon Rum
  • 1¼ oz Rhubarb Syrup*
  • 1¾ oz chilled Club Soda
  • 1 dash Rhubarb Bitters
  • 8 to 10 Mint Leaves
  • ½ Lime cut into 4 wedges

  • In the serving glass, muddle the lime wedges and mint in the rums. Add the rhubarb syrup and bitters with the club soda and top with ice. Stir and enjoy.
