Margaritas mean summer and summer means rhubarb! Well, that is if you live in the northern US. Rhubarb grows best in cool climates and is harvested in late spring/early summer, before temperatures spike, and just in time to be made into syrup that turns your traditional margarita into a sweet, tart delight. Believe me, it gets hot and sticky once summer hits – even in our northern climes. So refresh yourself with this thirst-quenching treat that will turn your hot summer days into a cool delight.
