This is a delicious tweak on the classic Manhattan which we enjoy throughout early summer. Almost everyone living in the cooler climates of the northern US eagerly anticipates the rhubarb harvest in late spring/early summer. Replace the sweet vermouth of your traditional Manhattan with easy-to-make rhubarb syrup, and enjoy the smoky, sweet, and tart tang of this delightful cocktail all summer long.
