Rhubarb Cosmopolitan

- 3 oz Citrus Vodka
- 2½ oz Rhubarb Syrup*
- 1 oz Cointreau
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- Add all ingredients, with ice, to a Cocktail Shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into a Martini or Collins Glass.
- Garnish with a Rhubarb Stalk. (Don't eat rhubarb leaf as it is poisonous.)

This is a great seasonal drink. We love summer because that means rhubarb, and using it in a variety of classic and original cocktails is a true delight. In this Cosmo we use rhubarb syrup in place of cranberry juice. Rhubarb syrup is very easy to make. Trust us! Mix up a batch and use it in our various rhubarb cocktails all summer long. Cheers!
