Prickly Pear Cactus Martini2013-11-10
- 2 oz Citrus Vodka
- 1 Prickly Pear Pod (Tuna), peeled
- ¾ oz Cointreau
- ¾ oz Lime Juice
- ½ oz Rock Candy (or Rich Simple) Syrup
- In the glass of a Boston shaker, muddle the prickly pear pod in the vodka. Add the remaining ingredients, with ice, and shake vigorously. Strain into a Martini Glass.
- Garnish with a Prickly Pear Pod slice.

We prefer to muddle a red tuna because the color makes for one of the most naturally beautiful drinks you’ll ever see.
