- 1¼ lb Peach pieces (about 3 peaches) cored and peeled
- 3 tbsp Granulated Sugar
- 1½ oz Water
- ½ oz fresh Lemon Juice
- Process all of the ingredients for 15-30 seconds in a food processor or blender. Store, refrigerated, in an air-tight container for up to 1 month or freeze for up to a year.
We use our peach purée primarily in the classic Bellini cocktail. The white peaches we use to make the puree give a fresh sweet flavor which are perfect (and traditional) for the Bellini. This purée would be well suited for use in creating your own summertime cocktails, as well! Cheers!
