- 2 oz. Aged Rum
- ¾ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- Heavy ½ oz. Patchouli Syrup*
- Add all ingredients, with ice, to a Cocktail Shaker. Shake to chill and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

This flavor-bomb-of-a-Daiquiri gets its richness from the aged rum, but it’s the patchouli syrup which adds notions of soil, mushroom, wet moss, and tree bark. Though a great cocktail for summer, we fancy it well into the fall as its dank, forest floor earthiness remind us of the changing color of the leaves.
