Oaxacan Negroni



  • ¾ oz. Silver Tequila
  • ¼ oz. Mezcal
  • 1 oz. Cocchi Americano
  • 1 oz. Campari

  • Add all ingredients, with ice, to a mixing glass. Stir to chill and strain into a Margarita glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

This south-of-the-border take on the classic Negroni offers up a pleasant smokiness (from the mezcal) alongside the delightful tequila character and citrus-rindy bitter notes from the Campari. We enjoy this Negroni with a juicy burger or fried foods. Cheers!
