Milano Radler

Ingredients
- 4½ oz. Grapefruit Radler Beer (like Stigel)
- 1½ oz. Campari
- Pour both ingredients into an ice-filled Rocks or Collins Glass. Swirl, to mix, and garnish with an orange twist (optional).
The Milano Radler is an incredibly delightful cocktail. Sweet and tart – from the grapefruit radler (shandy) beer – with a crisp, bitter bite from the Campari. We enjoy this delicious drink at Boone & Crockett, in Milwaukee, where it’s called the Camp Radler – an homage to Wisconsin’s Camp Randall Stadium. We changed the name to honor the birthplace of Campari (Milan). Though this cocktail is perfect for summer, we enjoy it year-round – and you should to! Cheers!
