Ingredients
- 1 oz White Rum
- 1 oz Hpnotiq
- ½ oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Rock Candy (or Rich Simple) Syrup
- ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
- Shake white rum, hpnotiq, luxardo maraschino liqueur, pineapple juice, rock candy (or rich simple) syrup, lime juice and orange bitters in a Cocktail Shaker with ice. Strain into a Martini Glass.
- Garnish with a Pineapple Wedge.
There is a lot going on with this Caribbean-styled drink. It has something for everyone! The drink is named for its mesmerizing green color. Of course, blue (Hpnotiq) and yellow (pineapple juice) make green. We love the blue-green Caribbean Sea and anytime we can enjoy a drink that takes us there, it’s paradise.
