Mama Doble



  • 2 oz White Rum
  • ¾ oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice
  • ¾ oz Grenadine*
  • ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice

  • Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Add ice and stir to chill. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with an edible flower or pineapple wedge.

The Mama Doble is our sweeter more feminine take on Hemingway’s favorite – the Papa Doble. We use pineapple juice to replace the grapefruit and simple syrup which we mix into our Papa Doble, and we add some of our homemade grenadine to round off the pineapple’s sweetness with its nice tart notes. This reinvention is a refreshing, and delightful tropical concoction with a tart edge and pleasing complexity. Enjoy!
