• 4 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • 2 oz. Campari

  • Add ingredients, with ice, to mixing glass. Stir to chill and strain into a snifter over fresh ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.

Just like its cousin, the Garibaldi, this delightful cocktail is a winner at breakfast or brunch or just a warm summer’s day. The grapefruit pairs wonderfully with the bitter rindy background provided by the Campari. Be certain to use fruitier grapefruits like the Ruby Red or the Texas Pink varieties. Enjoy!
