- ¾ oz. Bourbon
- ¾ oz. Aperol
- ¾ oz. Ginger Liqueur
- ¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- ¼ oz. Simple Syrup
- 1 eyedropper Bittercube Jamaican #1 Bitters
- Add all ingredients, with ice, to a Cocktail Shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into a Rocks Glass over fresh ice. Garnish with Candied Ginger.
This beautiful cocktail is rich and tart, with hints of grapefruit rind and a spicy zing from the ginger liqueur. Created by the guys at Bittercube, this delight is a perfect year-round sipper with lots of character.
