- ½ Lime cut into 4 wedges
- 1 Kiwi (peeled)
- 2 oz Lemon Rum
- ¾ oz Coconut Rum
- 1 oz Rock Candy (or Simple) Syrup
- 1¾ oz chilled Club Soda
- In the glass of a Boston Shaker, muddle the kiwi. Add the mint and lime wedges with rums and gently muddle. Add the rock candy (or simple) syrup and ice and shake vigorously. Pour over the club soda in a Collins Glass or Tumbler.
Here is our refreshing New Zealand version of the classic mojito. Most of our kiwis are imported from New Zealand, though the fruit originated in northern China. Mojitos are fun cocktails to make because you get to really mess up some fruit. WARNING: Kiwi fruit was harmed in the making of this concoction.
