- 1½ oz Apple Brandy (or 2 oz Applejack)
- ½ oz Maple Syrup
- 3 tbsp Pumpkin Purée*
- Add all ingredients, with ice, to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into a coupe glass. Top with shaved cinnamon.

This cocktail is so delicious, it’s scary! Boo! This delicious Fall concoction has a bold pumpkin flavor with a nice apple backbone and hint of maple-syrup sweetness. If using the 100-proof apple brandy, you’ll want 1½ oz. If using the softer (80-proof) applejack, go with 2 oz. Mix up one of these beauties to enjoy on a cool Autumn evening as you sit alone by the fireside or revel in the company of friends. Cheers!
