Grasshopper (shaken)



  • 1 oz Green Crème de Menthe
  • 1 oz White Crème de Cacao
  • 2 oz Heavy Cream

  • Shake the all ingredients, with ice, in a Cocktail Shaker. Strain into an Old Fashioned Glass.

  • Garnish with grated Nutmeg or Roasted Cocoa Nibs.

Though typically blended with ice cream, the shaken version of this classic dessert cocktail can be made faster and with less mess. Named for the color provided by the green crème de menthe, this sweet and rich concoction is the perfect end to any meal.
