Grandma’s Cherry Rhubarb Pie Martini2013-09-06
- 1¾ oz Cherry Vodka
- 1¾ oz Vanilla Vodka
- 2½ oz Rhubarb Syrup*
- 1½ oz Frangelico
- 2½ oz Heavy Cream
- Add all ingredients, with ice, to a Cocktail Shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into a Martini Glass.
- Garnish with crumbled Vanilla Wafers.

We loved grandma’s cherry rhubarb pie. So it should come as no surprise that we would make it into a cocktail. If you don’t have the know-how or time to bake a pie like grandma, then go ahead and make one of these for you and your guests. It will take you back to the day when you would sneak a slice or two and enjoy it while propped against the trunk of a large oak tree. We use our rhubarb syrup for this cocktail.
