Gingerbread Man-Hattan

Ingredients
- 2 oz Bourbon (~90 proof)
- ½ oz Gingerbread Syrup*
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
- Stir bourbon, gingerbread syrup and orange bitters with ice in a Mixing Glass. Strain into an Old-Fashioned Glass and add one ice cube.
- Garnish with a Gingerbread Man Cookie.

Five little gingerbread men lying on a tray,
One jumped up and ran away.
Shouting, “Catch me, catch me, if you can…
I’m really quick, I’m a gingerbread man!”
No more gingerbread men lying on a tray,
They all got sloshed and ran away.
Slurring. “Make me another Manhattan, man!
I’m a tanked and a tasty gingerbread man!”
