Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- 2 oz Sweet Vermouth
- ½ oz Cynar
- 4 drops Bittermen’s Burlesque Bitters or 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- Stir the gin, sweet vermouth, cynar and bitters with ice in a Mixing Glass. Strain into a Coupe Glass.
- Garnish with an Orange Wheel.
Here is a delicious take on the classic Italian cocktail, the Negroni. We swap bitter elements – replacing the Campari with a bit of Cynar (the bracingly bitter artichoke-based bitter amaro) – and “Blücher!” you have one deliciously compelling cocktail. Neeiigghh… !
