- 1/2 Lime cut into 4 wedges
- 8 Mint Leaves
- 2 oz Lemon Rum
- 1 oz St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- 1½ oz chilled Club Soda
- In your serving glass, gently muddle the lime wedges and mint in the rum. Add the elderflower liqueur, simple syrup, and club soda. Top with ice and stir.
We love muddling the stew out of fruit when making our mojitos. Your muddler gets just a tiny workout here, however – just a tap of the mint and a firm press to squeeze the limes. The sweetness, from the flowery elderflower liqueur, pairs nicely with the tart citrus notes from the lime juice and the rum.
