Eggnog (Easy)

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Heavy Cream
  • 2 oz Aged Rum
  • 1 whole Egg (or 1½ oz pasteurized liquid egg)
  • 2 tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp Ground Cinnamon

  • Dry shake the heavy cream in a Cocktail Shaker for 30 seconds. Add the remaining ingredients, with ice, and shake vigorously. Strain into a Coupe Glass.

  • Garnish with grated Nutmeg and Cinnamon.
