- 2 oz Heavy Cream
- 2 oz Aged Rum
- 1 whole Egg (or 1½ oz pasteurized liquid egg)
- 2 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 1/8 tsp Ground Nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- Dry shake the heavy cream in a Cocktail Shaker for 30 seconds. Add the remaining ingredients, with ice, and shake vigorously. Strain into a Coupe Glass.
- Garnish with grated Nutmeg and Cinnamon.
