The reviews are in! “FANTASTIC!…” “AMAZING!!…” “WHAT THE HELL DOES THE NAME OF THAT COCKTAIL MEAN!?!…” This is one HUGE cocktail with big, bold notes of mint, herbs, and bitter. This cocktail tastes as if you were in a Chinese pharmacy during a 6.8 magnitude earthquake. The walls cave in and all of the herb-containing vessels tumble down upon you, pinning you there so your final breaths are filtered through the most amazing assemblage of herb and spice. Yeah! You’re going to have to try this cocktail now, right? Our Calamintha Simple Syrup delivers rich notes of oregano, mint, and peppercorn. If you don’t have calamintha in your herb garden, substitute our Oregano-Mint Syrup. Cheers!
