A coquette, being a flirtatious girl, explains this drink perfectly! Featuring Aperol (the less-bitter; more citrusy cousin of Campari), this is the perfect drink to have with hot and spicy food, like Thai. Though tweaked a bit, this great cocktail is based on a drink from Pok Pok, in Portland, called the Rhubarb Blush. Enjoy this devilishly delicious and seductive cocktail.
