- 1½ oz. Gin
- ½ oz. Aperol
- 1 oz. Heavy Cream
- 1 Egg White
- 1 Sugar Cube
- 8 Concord Grapes
- 1 eye dropper Bittercube Bolivar Bitters
- 1 oz. chilled Club Soda
- In the glass of a Boston Shaker, muddle the sugar and grapes in the egg white. Add the remaining ingredients (except the club soda) and shake vigorously (without ice) for 1 minute. Add ice and shake for an additional minute. Double strain over the club soda into a wine goblet or coupe glass. Garnish with skewered grapes.
