Coconut Mojito



  • 1¼ oz Coconut Rum
  • 1¼ oz Coconut Vodka
  • 6 to 8 Mint Leafs (torn into fourths)
  • ¾ oz Rock Candy Syrup
  • ¾ oz fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 oz chilled Club Soda

  • Shake the rum, vodka, mint, lime juice, and rock candy syrup with ice in a Cocktail Shaker. Pour into a Collin's glass over the club soda.

  • Garnish with Coconut Foam* topped with Toasted Coconut or Lime Zest or throw in a Mint Sprig.

This is an awesome tropical drink that everyone will love!… Well, except maybe Chuck Noland. I mean, he was “Cast Away” when his Fed Ex plane crashed into the sea and he ate coconuts everyday for who knows how many years while stranded alone on that island… Wilson!!! Seriously though, this is probably one of the finest tropical drink we make. Its best made with equal parts coconut rum and coconut vodka, otherwise it is just a little too rummy… Enjoy!
