Cinnamon Toast Crunch Alexander



  • 2 oz Cinnamon Toast Crunch Infused Rum*
  • ¼ oz Averna Amaro
  • 5 oz Vanilla Ice Cream

  • Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend, until smooth, and pour into a Coupe Glass.

  • Garnish with a few Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal pieces.

Our Cinnamon Toast Crunch Alexander is so delicious that folks will order it until your cash registers explode! A fun & crazy version of the classic Brandy Alexander, it is truly incredible. We use a bit of Averna (the mildly bitter Italian amaro) in place of crème de cacao, as its complexity and hints chocolate and coffee add wonderful depth to this drink and pair nicely with the sweet cinnamon flavor coming from the infused rum.
