The Cherry Phosphate is anything but a kids drink made by some jerk. Whether cereal or candies, we love making childhood treats into adult beverages. Soda fountains used to be the place to go for a cola and a scoop of vanilla ice-cream, and a jerk used to be a good thing to be! Acid phosphate is what those jerks used to give the drinks a crisp sour bite without any citric taste. That is why we use it to make this delightful concoction which gives you the classic soda fountain flavor combined with a boozy cherry liqueur. If you like it, check out some of our other phosphate cocktails like our Beer Phosphate and Bourbon Phosphate. Enjoy!
