Caprese Martini



  • 8 grape (or 6 cherry) Tomatoes
  • 2½ oz Gin or Vodka
  • 1 oz fresh Lime Juice
  • 1¼ oz Basil Syrup*
  • 1 pinch Salt & Pepper

  • In the glass of a Boston Shaker, muddle the tomatoes in the gin (or Vodka). Add the lime juice, basil syrup, and salt & pepper with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a Coupe Glass.

  • Garnish with a skewered Grape Tomato, Basil Leaf and Mozzarella Ball.

Our Caprese Martini is a very unique and delicious cocktail. Aside from pasta, few things go better with tomatoes than basil. What we have here is a caprese salad in a cocktail glass! Though we literally mess up the tomatoes by muddling them, we completely finish them off by drowning them in gin. This is an excellent brunch cocktail. More delicate than your common tomato-based Bloody Mary, enjoy this cocktail along with the others which utilize our basil syrup. Cheers!
