Campari Sour



  • 1½ oz. Campari
  • 1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White (or 1½ oz. Liquid Egg White)
  • 7 drops Orange Bitters

  • Add all ingredients (except the bitters) to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously without ice. Add ice and shake to chill. Strain into a coupe glass and top with the bitters.

We love this cocktail! It’s cold and fun, but with a super-sharp citrus-rindy bitterness. Though bright and bracingly bitter, the well-balanced sour (from the lemon) and sweetness, along with the rich velvety head, make for one delicious cocktail. This is great with fried foods, though we’re particularly partial to noshing on a basket of onion rings while sipping this delight. Cheers!
