The Boulevardier is one of our favorite cocktails. The cousin of the Negroni and the great grand kid of the Americano, it is rich and sweet and bitter all at once. (You can learn more about how these cocktails evolved by checking out our Cocktail College: Evolution 101 video.) The evolution continues, here, with our Burned-Coffee Boulevardier, with the addition of a subtle, dark, hint of over roasted coffee beans provided by the Burned-Coffee Infused Bourbon. This delicate tarry suggestion is a nice contrast to the crisp bitter bite provided by the Campari. Wonderful! You’ll need to check out how to make the Burned-Coffee Infused Bourbon to make this one and then check out the other Burned-Coffee Infused Cocktails we’ve made. Be sure to use it to add some depth to your favorite bourbon cocktails as well. Cheers!
