Bulevar Olé!

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz. Bourbon (100-proof)
  • ¾ oz. Tempus Fugit Gran Classico
  • ½ oz. Sweet Vermouth
  • ¼ oz. Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur

  • Add all ingredients, with ice, to a mixing glass. Stir to chill and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with an orange twist.

“Bulevar” is Spanish for boulevard, and this enriched and spiced-up version of the classic Boulevardier is a real winner. We jazz it up with the sweet, smoky, and spicy notes of the Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur. Sweet with a hint of smoky spice, this cocktail is a sophisticated delight.
