- 1¾ oz. Gin
- ½ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- ½ oz. Cointreau
- 1 tsp. Orange Marmalade
- Add all ingredients, with ice, to a Cocktail Shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with an orange twist or candied orange peel.
This delightful cocktail was created by “The Maestro:” Salvatore Calabrese. Sophisticated and compelling, this is a high-octane brunch beverage. Sweeter than a classic French 75, but with the same punch, we enjoy this with a thick strip of bacon and fried eggs or alongside a salty spinach & feta omelette, (though we do admit to sipping it, more than once, along with a greasy fish-fry). Enjoy!
