Blood & Sand

- 1½ oz Single Malt Scotch Whisky
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1 oz Cherry Heering
- 1 oz Orange Juice
- Shake the whisky, sweet vermouth, cherry heering, and orange juice with ice in a Cocktail Shaker. Strain into a Coupe Glass or Champagne Flute.
- Garnish with an Orange Twist.
This 1920’s-era classic is named after the book and movie Blood & Sand. It also looks like a bucket full of bloody sand! Fortunately it tastes better.
