Biscotti Martini



  • 2 oz Faretti Liqueur
  • 2 oz Vanilla Vodka
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz Frangelico
  • 1 oz Heavy Cream

  • Shake the faretti, vanilla vodka, simple syrup, frangelico, and heavy cream with ice in a Cocktail Shaker. Strain into a Martini Glass.

  • Garnish with a Biscotti.

The Biscotti Martini is the greatest martini to be inspired by a dry stale piece of bread, or cookie, or hammer, or whatever it is… The Faretti (biscotti) liqueur has all the flavors and spice of the cookie and takes center stage in this cocktail. Like a donut with a cup of coffee, this cocktail screams for dunking the biscotti – so as to soften it up to ensure that you break the cookie with your teeth, and not the other way around!
