Beet Down

Ingredients
- 2 oz. Agricole Rum
- ¾ oz. Beet Juice*
- ½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- ½ oz. Agave Nectar
- Add all ingredients, with ice, to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into a Rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Agricole Rum is made by distilling sugar cane juice. It has an edgier/raw taste when compared to most rums made from molasses. Agricole rum, in the right cocktail, is sublime! Our Beet Down offers up a nice bright beet taste with the raw edge from the agricole rum that compliments the sweet and tart notes from the beet.
