Beer Batida

Ingredients
- 2½ oz. Imperial Stout Beer
- 2 oz. sweetened Condensed Milk
- 3¼ oz. ice (that's 3 1”-square ice cubes)
- Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and pour into a short beer glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
The classic Brazilian Batida utilizes Cachaça, fruit, sweetened condensed milk, and ice. Here, however, we’re showcasing a nice, rich, beer. A Russian Imperial Stout is perfect here because of its high-malt, densely-flavorful character. Akin to a beer milkshake, this delicious concoction is not to be missed!
