Batida Maluca



  • 1 oz. Rye (90 proof)
  • 1 oz. Angostura Bitters
  • 2 oz. sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 4½ oz. ice (that's 4 1”-square cubes)

  • Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and pour into a rocks glass. Do not garnish.

Our Batida Maluca is one CRAZY cocktail. Not your typical Brazilian Batida – sweet, fruity, and rich with its Brazilian rum (Cachaça), fruit, sweetened condensed milk, and ice. Here is yet another cocktail which features a freaky amount of Angostura Bitters (like the Trinidad Sour, Angostura Sour, and our Death in the Morning or Angostura Milkshake/Fa-La-La-lernum). We’re using Rye and Angostura Bitters in place of the Cachaça and fruit to create a uniquely inspired blended taste which will knock you over with its intriguing, intense flavor.
