Amorous Amaro

- 1½ oz Cardamaro
- ¾ oz Campari
- ½ oz Lemon Juice
- ½ oz Grapefruit Juice
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- 1½ oz Champagne
- Pour the chilled champagne into a Coupe glass. Add the remaining ingredients, with ice, to a Mixing Glass. Stir well to chill and strain over the champagne.
- Garnish with Grated Nutmeg.
